Dr. Les is a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto Ontario and a member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She helps other Moms simplify the chaos and overwhelm that life and parenting can bring.
After almost a decade in practice, she has developed a formula to remind people about the beautiful basics and simple way of life.
Dr. Les aims to combine simplicity, authenticity & love to inspire others on their health journey.

Dr. Les has a special interest in helping busy moms simplify their lives, create more time and freedom for the things they love while also optimizing their health. Mothers have a tendency to put themselves on the backburner for the sake of taking care of others. This is an absolute necessity when their children are young, however, it needs to be balanced with knowing what their own bodies and minds need to thrive as a parent.
Dr. Les helps fellow moms reclaim their well-being while also being an empowered woman with strong boundaries and self-care strategies. She hopes that her work will help to create more conversations around postpartum health, remove the shame out of maternal mental health issues and provide a safe space to gain insight and support for moms everywhere.
