Dr. Les works with women and moms all over Ontario, both in-person and virtually. Since having her son Tyson in 2020, her focus has shifted to helping bring connection and sisterhood into the postpartum journey. Using her philosophies of simplicity and nature cure, she helps women regain confidence and love for their health.
